A bit of a different post from me today, but something that has become quite important over the past couple of months. I've been struggling with my weight for the past few years since moving out of my parents house and living with Nik my eating habits haven't been great. Nik seems to be able to eat anything and not gain an ounce, so I made the rather silly mistake of thinking I could do the same; not so!
Over the past three years my weight has gone up and down a few times, and I've attempted diets/exercise but never really committed to anything. Just over a month ago I signed up to a free 14 day trial to Weight Watchers Online, and I haven't looked back since!
I have lost 1 stone in total over the past month, and I haven't felt like I was being deprived of food, or missing out. I am currently on 35 Pro Points a day, and am sticking to it most days (WW do give you 49 weekly points but I rarely use all of them)
I love that fruit and vegetables are 0pp's and this has really encouraged me to think of this as a lifestyle change, not a fad diet. My skin has improved so much since I started WW which I credit totally to all the fruit and veg I have been eating!
